We want you to be satisfied and delighted with your new purchase. Please make sure you review the item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order particularly involving defective, damaged and/or incorrect item, please contact support@tyleinterior.com and we will work things out for you.
Change of Mind
Our Change of Mind return policy is effective for 14 DAYS since receiving your product. Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photos may slightly differ from the actual items in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can.
To be eligible for a CoM return, please keep the following in mind.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
- Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 5% of the total purchase price not to exceed $350 per item.
- You will have to cover the shipping fee of the item back to our designated stocking warehouse in Australia.
Defective/ Damaged/ Incorrect item
Please inspect your item(s) upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item. Once the problem is confirmed, we will replace you with the same item free of charge, or we could provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods. In order to smoothly process the return, we politely ask for you to disassemble the goods and pack them in the original boxes. If the original packaging is unavailable, you can procure the boxes on your own to pack the items and share the below information with our support team.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@tyleinterior.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first initiating a return with us will not be accepted.
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support email.
